My wife and I would like to take a few minutes to thank the owner and employees of Polos Electronics. We built a new home in Neskowin, OR and initially we hired an individual to install a media room, which included a 7.1 surround sound system and a 100 inch plus screen, a whole house music/i-pod system and a security system. Much to our dismay, the individual we hired left us high and dry in the middle of installation.
After regaining our composure, we interviewed several companies to complete the installation and finally settled on Polos Electronics. It was the best decision we ever made. They're an overall "Five Star" company!
They actually traveled to our home from Battle Ground, WA and completed our installation in two days. They're very knowledgeable about their field and they made great suggestions about which products to use. They policed themselves and cleaned up after every stage of the installation. We can't say enough good things about Andy and his staff. They were all great! We would use them again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a low voltage installer, you won't find a better one than Polos Electronics.

Polos Electronics earned a solid 5 when they designed and installed all the low-voltage electronics in our new home. They listened to our desires and translated them into the products we needed to enjoy networking, video and music throughout our home. Their pricing was competitive, and their service always thorough and friendly. I trust them completely to recommend products we need to meet our desires, but no more. Some of their competitors grossly over-designed their solutions, which added thousands of dollars to their bids.
I wept with joy when Andy blasted music through the living room speakers the first time. It sounded so good.

Five Star (5*) Rating on all levels. We have worked with Polos for more than 15 years on many projects and would consider no other company for work on security and TV/sound systems, both residential and commercial. The quality of their products is exceptional and they make recommendations based on the products they use themselves; the quality of their work is impeccable; their customer service and timeliness is the best; and their pricing is very competitive. We have used them in at least 4 jobs, again, both residential and commercial, including upgrades and complete wiring and installation in new construction and in all facets their work is absolutely great. In addition, not only are they great at the installation phase, but even better if something comes up later that needs attention -- great on follow through. Andy and Amanda make a great team as they supplement one another’s knowledge and availability. They acquainted us with the audio-visual system we acquired when we bought our home, upgraded some of it, and have been available to meet out computer maintenance needs over the past 6 years. How well did we find/install the equipment you wanted: We really did not know what systems we wanted, I asked for, and trusted Polos judgment. After I received their bid I researched the components they had included. Every piece I researched came back as a best for dollar buy, and the TV was the top of the line, exactly what I had requested.
Any other comments? As our house was never wired for surround sound, Polos had to be creative in wiring, as I did not wish wireless speakers. They were able to do this flawlessly. They were even so honest as to point out one hole that they drilled that didn’t end up exactly where they wished (drilling from under the house to a spot on the ground floor); however the molding completely covered it up. I never would have noticed had they not showed me. It is just an indication of how much care, pride, and honesty they showed with our project.

How did you find us? Our contractor solicited three bids for the project. Polos' bid was by far the most professional and detailed bid. Didn't try to sell us things we didn't ask for.

Employee knowledge of product(s) you had installed: I was amazed at what they knew. Yet they could explain it all in terms even we could understand.
Employee friendliness and professionalism: Complete professionals and most friendly. They worked really well together and were so efficient! They've also been very responsive to our follow up questions.
Over-all cleanliness/appeal of installation: It all looks as if it were installed when the house was built. And the job required a lot of products and boxes which they managed very well. As soon as a box was opened and emptied, they'd move it outside. Plus, they came with all the materials they needed. No one had to "run back to the office" for another part or product.
Competitive price with other companies: In fact, I think you get a lot more than you pay for with Polos. Again, the follow up customer service has been awesome.
How well did we find/install the equipment you wanted? We're completely satisfied.
Do you have any other comments to add? It's been 5 months since our installation and I just received an email from Polos with instructions for changing the time (daylight savings time) on the alarm system. And the info came before I needed it! It didn't occur to me that would need to be changed. Now that's GREAT customer service.
